AKA Maintenance Request Information

  • Our staff has twenty plus years of maintenance experience.
  • All of our properties have new paint, rugs at move-in and all outlets checked and up to date smoke and CO detectors
  • For fire and/or police calls, dial 911
  • For emergency gas or electric service call Delmarva Power at 302-424-0317
  • For emergency service such as no heat and/or roof leak call our emergency number at 302-438-4858
  • For maintenance requests which can be scheduled (non-emergency) call our office line anytime at 302-984-0266
  • As per the Delaware Landlord / Tenant code maintenance requests will be performed during normal business hours of 8:00 am to 9:00 pm. No calls from AKA Management Co. are required before entering property for any tenant requested repairs/maintenance.
  • As per the Delaware Landlord / Tenant code, all maintenance requests must be made in writing, via Certificate of Mailing, to AKA Management Company. Phone calls, emails, or other contact methods are not accepted for maintenance requests.
